The psychology of work

Today I did a list of chores I was not looking forward to, but at the end of the day I always feel more satisfied if I have completed a list of chores. I also almost never mind the chores once I actually start doing them. I wish there were some way to apply that knowledge to make me less lazy.

Work it.
Anthony spends 3 hours complaining and working himself up on a task saying 'it'll take all day". Then he starts the task and an hour later he is done. I tell him he needs to just get to work and he'll have alot more free time on his hands!
Hope you all are well!

Re: Work it.
Hey! What looks like 3 hours of complaining is actually 3 hours of planning. Had I not spent that 3 hours planning, the job would have taken 4 hours rather than 1.
