Adventures with the Neti

Yesterday my wife bought me a Neti pot. Today was the first day that I got to use it. I learned a few things.
1. Use less salt than they recommend.
2. The human nose can hold a lot of snot.
3. Tilt your head forward slightly, otherwise the saline solution drops right into your throat.
4. Though slightly unpleasant, the whole process is fascinating enough to overcome the unpleasantness.
