Good Week for All

It has turned out to be a great week. My work schedule is finally under control, my bowflex* arrived, my friend had his baby, and my uncle sent me a ton of genealogical information on my family.

*When I ordered the bowflex I was a little worried that it would not live up to its commercial. Even after talking to bowflex owners (indirectly so I didn't get a chance to actually use one), who said that they were well made, I was still a little skeptical. I ordered it anyway, because I wanted to be able to work out at home. It arrived in 4 boxes and required about 2 hours of assembly. That was a little discouraging, but not unexpected. After putting it all together I performed a few test exercises, and it was smooth as silk I was really surprised at how well it worked. Now I just need to start exercising.
